Andrea Alai is an Italian Documentary Photographer.
He studied International Economics in Milan and his work mainly deals with social issues in modern society. Passionate about anthropology and psychology, he worked in South America, Ukraine and Italy.
In 2019 he was selected for the Eddie Adams Workshop in New York, he was finalist in the Lens Culture B&W Photography awards and has received several International prizes, including the Andrei Stenin International Award and the PDN Emerging Photographers award.
