Daniela was born in 1991 in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Raised in a humble household of artists, the opportunities to learn art in all its forms were always encouraged, and thanks to that she's now fully devoted to this craft.
She started her studies at the Neptalí Rincón Academy of Art, this was, for a long time her second home and a significant influence on her artistic growth. Diving into the modalities of painting, drawing and mixed media. She found ways to project her perception through these different art forms, but her curiosity kept her digging deeper into her limitless imagination.
At 15 years old, her father gifted her, her first film 35mm camera. This period of her life was a life changing time for her and when her journey with photography began, and hasn't stopped ever since. She completed various photography workshops throughout her time in Maracaibo, but traveling presented itself to be her biggest teacher. She left her hometown at 18 years old to move to Argentina and then through the experience of backpacking South America, she nurtured her love for photography.
She now lives in the Appalachian mountains, of Asheville NC, where her creative process has found shelter and inspiration from nature and exploring the ebbs and flows of the human experience as a mother and woman. Continuing her studies at the International Center of Photography, completing the Personal Vision & Portfolio Certificate while simultaneously studying darkroom processing techniques with
