About Daphne Rocou

Daphne Rocou is a photographer and artist and the last years she creates photo stories with images and texts that present History, lives and events using fictional personalities in order to present reality. Daphne Rocou works with volunteers that participate in the creation of the story and share the reason for each specific narrative.
Her images are made in the style of "tableaux vivants".
Her photograph "The generation of Mataroa"won the PHPA and the Virginie Clement prize in Paris,2013.
"Paradisi regained" project has obtained the "Brouillon d'un reve " award from SCAM, Paris in 2015.

She has had several personal exhibitions in Greece and in France and has participated in many group shows.
