About David Whitney

David Whitney is a Boston-area photographer with a concentration in candid street and documentary photography. He has studied at the New England School of Photography in Boston and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown. His work has been exhibited at various museums and galleries, including the Danforth Museum, The Griffin Museum of Photography, The Maine Museum of Photographic Arts, the Garner Center at the New England School of Photography, the Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts, the Essex Art Center, the Bromfield Gallery, the ASmith Gallery, LensCulture Street Awards and at the Davis-Orton Gallery, where his “March for Our Lives” portfolio was showcased. His work is also held in private collections.
