About Francesco Gioia

Francesco Gioia is a self-taught photographer based in London, UK. He draws inspiration from a wide range of artistic currents such as Bauhaus and Dadaism, as well as mediums such as painting and cinema. Among various artistic movements, he is influenced by avant-garde photography that emerged in 1920s Europe. He has been recognized with international awards such as the 2022 British Journal of Photography and featured in renowned publications like The Guardian.
