Gala Font de Mora was born in Valencia (Spain) in 1989.
She currently lives in Valencia, combining his professional works with personal projects.
Her personal projects focus on spaces inhabited by humans, guided by her interest in how humans interact with them and the details that surround this space.
Among his personal projects it is worth mentioning his project Week-End, selected by the jury of LensCulture in Street Photography Awards 2020, at the proposal of lhiro Hayami, director of T3 - International Photography Festival of Tokyo, Japan.
This project is mentioned by The Guardian and The Washington Post, and subsequently exhibited at Caelum Galery in New York in May 2022, due to the Lens Culture award.
In 2022 she won the Cervantes Institute Award in Paris and was a finalist in the International Women in Photo Awards, exhibiting this work in Paris, Dubai, Tokyo and Geneva.
In 2023 she wins the call "Cultura Online" of the Consorci de Museus de la Comunitat Valenciana, which disseminates online the awarded material on its website and a temporary exhibition at the “Centro del Carmen de Cultura Contemporánea”.
