I am an artist, photographer, and visual storyteller whose creative practice has been focused largely on immersive, collaborative portrait projects, often with women who are marginalized, misunderstood, or underserved by conventional society. This work has touched on themes of trauma and addiction, gender, and aging. It has been informed and driven by my interest in mindfulness practice, mental health, and our society’s narrow definitions of beauty and belonging, and what it means to be “crazy” or “sane.”
