I began my photographic journey trying to capture moments and document personal realities. With time, I turned more and more from the outer world to the inner one. As an artist and as a woman it is the reality of being a woman that most deeply resonates for me. I am drawn to issues around power, gender, what it means to be a female in the world and the boundaries, both hidden and obvious, that shape our reality. Through the medium of photography I aim to raise questions and push boundaries.
