Ritam Sarkar was born in Habra, India ,1993. As a photographer he has participated and collaborated with many artists, n.g.o.s, organisations in many occasions nationally and internationally. For instance in 2018 he participated in 2018 photo festival INstantes, Portugal , in February, with 18 expositions and photographers from Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Indonesia, Roménia, Venezuela and Mexico. He contributed in a recent book on COVID-19 called "CIDADES VAZIAS COM GENTE DENTRO, VOLUME-II" Ritam is Popular for his repository of world film, this talented young artist is already known for his creative ability of sensible film and documentary making. His documentary on Arunendu Das, the man who revolutionised contemporary Bengali songs in the sixties &seventies, received worldwide attention & accolades.
