About Roberto Di Patrizi

The story of this street photographer is a captivating artistic journey that unfolds over the years. Roberto Di Patrizi was born in Rome in 1964. He only began delving into photography in 2010 when he received a digital SLR camera as a gift for his forty-sixth birthday from his beloved wife, Donatella. Despite quietly loving this art form, it was at this moment that he decided to explore it deeply.
Before pursuing photography, music was his main passion. He played the guitar in various settings, including on the streets, spending many years in the field of music entertainment. However, his career took a significant turn at the age of 35 when he started working at a television station. Here, he filled diverse roles, including video editing, broadcast technology, and sound engineering. During this time, he had the opportunity to explore what would become another passion: computer-generated imagery (CGI). His 13 years of experience in this field formed a solid foundation in the worlds of art and technology.
In conclusion, Di Patrizi is an inspiring example of how passion can grow and flourish unexpectedly. His photos showcase his love for the street and his talent in capturing unique, authentic moments. They remind us to follow our passions, embrace our artistic journey, and find inspiration in life's experiences.
