About Ronin De Goede

Ronin de Goede is a Dutch analogue photographer, whose work encompasses a diverse collection of experiences, ranging from overexposed nocturnal landscapes to intimate encounters, from portraits of the representatives of the local community to the underground world of Japan. With a restless spirit and an insatiable thirst for the new image, Ronin explores the darkest and most intimate corners of the world and one’s soul.

Ronin’s works, hand-printed by the artist himself, have been exhibited in Europe and Japan, gaining the recognition for their profound depth and evocative storytelling. Currently, Ronin is working on several new projects, varying from traditional Japanese subculture of wabori and kinbaku to a provocative collaborative zine ‘Heist’.
