Vikram Kushwah is an Indian born fashion and art photographer based in England. He finished his masters in photography at University for the Creative Arts, Rochester, England in 2010.
Vikram’s work regularly appears in publications like Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar India, with Italian Vogue profiling him in their ‘New Talents’ section. His collector base spans the USA, Europe, Britain, Asia and Australia.
Photographs from his latest series 'The Education I Never Had' (entered in this competition) will be exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery, London as part of the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize, 2019. He is also one of the winners of Portrait Of Britain, 2018 and 2019 run by the British Journal of Photography.
He lives with his wife and a menagerie of pets in rural Oxfordshire.
